Here’s our new routine
Wash day routine will be done once a week
Both Sheamoist Shampoo and Bourn Beautiful Naturals Sulfate-Free Shampoo will be used.
Every other week, we will be using either As I am Coconut CoWash or Sheamoist CoWash.
It will be followed by either Bourn Beautiful Naturals Avocado Smoothie Conditioner or the Sheamoist Creme Conditioner
Finally, we will be using a deep conditioner like the Bourn Beautiful Naturals Coconut Cream Deep Conditioner.
Every day care: Depending of the hairstyle, Sheamoist Leave-In Conditioner would be applied twice a week. To refresh hairstyle and bring moisture, Sheamoist Hydrator or Healing Mist will be used.
At night, we will wear our Silkonstans Satin Bonnet to retain moisture.
Hairstyle: various hairstyles will be worn such as twist/braid out, wash n’ go, flat twists or two strands twists
Trimming: We had already our first trim in January as you can see here.
Our next trim is now due and will be done by Gege Uboma when lockdown will be over.
Food/Diet: we will keep our balanced diet with meat and spinach for a good iron level. Vitamin D will be added too and we will carry on exercising at home.
We will start from this week and will post pictures or/and videos every week to check our progression.
