Return, Refund & Exchange
In the case you would like to return any goods, please send us an email to email@example.com so we can advise on the return procedure. An order number and contact details must be provided.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for refund or exchange on damaged goods, you must provide proof of purchase and evidence. This includes photo or video evidence and/or returning the damaged goods to us for further inspection, if applicable. The outcome of the inspection will determine eligibility for a refund and/or exchange.
The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and return within 7 days after initiating the return request.
If we do not receive the item within the 7 days, we may not offer a refund or an exchange if tracking or other evidence shows the item was not return on time. In that case, we will inform you that we are unable to process the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach us.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be notified that we have received your returned item. You will be informed if the refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund will be rejected if after inspection we have strong reasons to believe the item was damaged on purpose by the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will advised on how to process the exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
